I have a script that automates relinking of images in InDesign. This has been running for some time with the command
set theLinks to every link of document 1 to get the candidate list.
Recently, I have an increasing number of files failing with the error 'Can't get every link of document 1'. Some simple tests have proved I definitely have the document available and I know it does have linked images on it. I have not updated the app or the OS.
Has any one else experienced this? Any suggestions as to why this has started?
