Hyphenation and Justification

Hi Guys,

Since I've started working in InDesign alot more, I've noticed that it's really hard to get para's to hyphenate without manual intervention.
The Paragraph settings are set to Single line composser

My Hyphenation setting hover around:



And



And my Justification settings are:




Has anypone else run into this problem, and what did you do to solve it????

I can't see your images... may be our company's system.

I've found H&J does not behave in InDesign as it did in QXP, but definitely find 'Single Line' helps. But you're already doing that.
